I have been a patient of Dr. Heinrich's for about 20 years. I know I speak not just for myself but for my husband, daughter, sister and her family who all see Dr. Heinrich. In addition to Dr. Heinrich, the entire staff - hygienists and support staff - are absolutely wonderful. Professional - yet so personable.

Highly recommend this team. Have had cleaning, x-rays, fillings and crowns performed by them, as well as an excellent recommendation to an Endodontist. I moved to Yakima 2 years ago and miss these guys so much I've considered driving back to Spokane just to get my teeth cleaned. Very friendly, great energy, good vibes, always a great experience. They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be... and I love the quote in the bathroom "you don't have to brush all your teeth, just the ones you want to keep".

Dr. Heinrich called to check on me after my last appointment! Why? Because he knew my fear of having dental work done. OMGoodness, who cares like that anymore? I have had horrible dental experiences in my past people. Dr. Heinrich gets me, and I am so grateful. The staff, just everyone is so kind and caring too. It's a great place, a safe place. 🙂

I have been a patient of Dr. Heinrich for over 20 years. In that time, not once have I ever thought of switching dentists. He and his staff are excellent providers. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They are always thorough and yet gentle on my teeth and gums. When they make suggestions for further treatment, it is never done under pressure. Dr. Heinrich is doing something right because most of his staff has been there since the begining. That says a lot about an office. I love my hygienist and feel like I'm going to visit friends when I go in for my cleanings. They have relieved me of a lot of the "white coat" nerves I used to get. It is a really nice office that is up to date and always clean. Our kids are adults now and they continue to seek treatment from Dr. Heinrich. We highly recommend him.

Tamara always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and I like that Dr. Heinrich works with you to keep your own teeth as long as possible. Plus, the front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. It took me two years to find a dentist and staff I like and feel comfortable with, and I find that at Dr. Heinrich's.

I've never been happier with my dental care. I don't enjoy the dentist, and usually dentists don't enjoy me. The care I receive and the patience they extend to me is overwhelming. Robb and his Staff are amazing, wouldn't go anywhere else.
