DEANA
Financial Coordinator – Scheduling Coordinator – Sleep Apnea Coordinator

As with our practice philosophy of caring for your overall health, Deana is here to assist you with the overall financial picture of your care, review your treatment plan as well as schedule appointment times that are convenient for you.  Deana’s knowledge of dental insurance and commitment to making dentistry affordable for our patients is a perfect combination to help you receive the dental care you deserve. Deana has been in the dental field for for over 38 years and began working with Dr Heinrich in 1999 (INCREDIBLE!). Hailing from England, Deana loves the Pacific Northwest. She is also on point with assisting patients navigate their sleep apnea oral appliance treatment and medical insurance. Her great smile and English accent will make your day a great one.  Her superpower is  her ability to listen and comfort patients as well as her extreme loyalty.

KRISTA
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Krista’s excellent clinical skills not only makes her great at her job but her warm easy going persona will make you feel very comfortable while you have your teeth cleaned. Krista graduated Hygiene School in 2008 from San Joaquin Valley College in California. In 2014 she made her way to Spokane and has been working with Dr Heinrich every since. With her gentle but comprehensive approach to dental hygiene, Krista loves creating great relationships with her patients through education and encouraging ideal oral health. She is a member of the Spokane Dental Hygiene Club where she stays current and up to date on the latest advances in oral health. On her off time Krista enjoys what the Spokane area has to offer in the way of hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and riding her bike. Her super power is making you feel comfortable while in the chair.

CARLYNN
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

As the entire team is committed to your overall health, Carlynn is equally so as it relates to your teeth and gums and periodontal care.  Her ability to connect with and establish relationships with her patients is unparalleled and is laser focused on individualizing the needs of her patients.  Carlynn has been practicing dental hygiene for since 1990 and has been part of team Heinrich since 1995  (WOW!) She commits to elevating her clinical skills through the Spokane Dental Hygiene Study Club where she has been a member since 2007. In her spare time she enjoys camping, hiking and the art of yoga as well as spending time with her husband, 3 boys, and black lab, Goose.  Carlynn’s superpower is her continued effort to work hard then play hard.

KAILEE
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Kailee is the most recent addition to our hygiene department, but she fits in seamlessly. Kailee’s chief goal as your hygienist is to make sure you come back! She does this by making sure you are comfortable in her chair through easy conversation and a smile, and helping you understand your oral health and how it relates to the rest of your body! She stays current in her education as a member of the Inland Northwest Study Club and yearly attendance at the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference in Seattle.

Kailee is a proud graduate of Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!) where she earned her bachelors in Dental Hygiene in 2016. She practiced in the Snohomish area until 2024 when she and her husband, Joshua, and daughter Piper decided to make Spokane home. When they aren’t busy chasing their toddler, they enjoy exploring the city, building LEGO, and traveling with friends.

CAITLYN
CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Caitlyn works with Dr Heinrich chairside and though our youngest employee, has the skills of a veteran dental assistant.  When you meet Caitlyn you will fall in love her enduring warm and  caring  way about her.  She began dental assisting after graduating high school and has been caring for her patients chairside for since 2009.  Caitlyn has been working with Dr Heinrich since 2020 but when you see them work together will feel like its been forever.  Caitlyn strives to give her patients the most comfortable experience while delivering outstandingly detailed and thorough care.  Outside the office, Caitlyn is an avid snow skier and loves to be anywhere on or around the lake.  She also stays active chasing her two young energetic boys around.  Her superpower is her love for travel and hopes to create more memorable journeys in the future.

RONDA
CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Ronda started her dental assisting career in 1994 and has been caring for patients with Dr Heinrich since 2003! She is also Dr Heinrich’s clinical coordinator for the Sleep Apnea side of the practice. She takes on double duty by not only helping guide patients with their sleep related issues but also create ideal oral health on the dental side of the practice. Outside the office Ronda enjoys camping, fishing, snowmobiling and finding new road and sights on her and husband’s side by side. She has also had a successful career racing mini hydroplanes and was class champion several times as well as Woman of the Year in the American Outboard Federation Club. With her infectious smile, her superpower is to make you feel comfortable and ensure you are in the right hands.

CHRISTINE
PATIENT COORDINATOR

As our dedicated Patient Coordinator, you can count on Christine for a seamless and stress-free dental experience. With 20 years of comprehensive experience spanning both back and front-office roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly approach to our practice. Whether she is serving as your new patient concierge, expertly coordinating your treatment plan, managing scheduling, or navigating the details of your insurance, Christine ensures you are always in great hands.

Having started her dental career in Southern California, Christine has proudly called Spokane home since 2022. Outside the office, she and her husband of 12 years share their home with four beloved dogs. In her free time, she embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle through camping, fishing, and gardening, and also loves quilting, cooking, and baking. Christine’s true superpower is her tenacity—she has an incredible ability to make things happen and get things done for our patients!

CHERIS
PATIENT RELATIONS COORDINATOR

As the first face you see when you walk into the office Cheris welcomes every patient with a warm smile and happy hello. She joined our office in August 2025 and has added a helping hand to the front office. Cheris has been a part of the dental community since 2016 when she graduated from Spokane Community College’s Dental Assisting Program. She has spent most of her dental career working in pediatrics and taking care of the dental needs of the littles. Cheris also has a degree in Medical Office Specialist which has help bring some great attributes to the office as the times have changed and the field has grown.

When Cheris is not in the office greeting patient and improving front office qualities she spends her time with her husband, son, daughter and 3 dogs. She plays a big part in the Riverside community, owns a small farm just outside of Deer Park, and loves to be in the mountains when all possible. Cheris’ hobbies include fishing, boating, camping, kayaking, and swimming. When she is not doing those things, she enjoys watching her kids play football, baseball, softball and cheer. Cheris is excited to expand her relationship with our patients and keep the office up to date with the changing times.
